Job Description

Position Summary The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to clients. This role is responsible for coordinating group bookings, managing sales documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel departments. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing group reservations, corporate accounts, and event bookings Prepare and distribute contracts, proposals, and sales reports Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and group stays Maintain accurate records in CRM and hotel systems Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure client satisfaction Support sales initiatives, site visits, and client presentations Track sales performance metrics and assist with reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with hotel systems a plus Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail We're an equal opportunity employer.
