We are expanding this division in storm restoration, and reps who assist in the department's growth will benefit. This is an in-person role focused on face-to-face conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. What You'll Be Doing Speaking directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods Identifying homes that qualify for improvements Scheduling consultations for our senior project managers Representing a professional, local brand leading Managing your own schedule and daily activity in the field This role is the front end of the business. The quality of conversations you have can directly impact your earnings and advancement. Compensation This position has an hourly base with additional commission earning potential. Commissions are paid based on qualified appointments completed and sales generated. Consistent reps typically earn $1,500-$2,500 per week Higher performers earn more as skill and efficiency improve No income cap or artificial ceiling Stability of base hourly pay This role is best suited for individuals who value control and have the desire to strive for more. Growth Opportunities Salespeople who perform consistently may advance into: Senior consulting roles (working directly with homeowners) Leadership or field management roles Team lead positions across markets Advancement is performance-based, not tenure-based. Many team members move into expanded responsibility within their first 30-60 days. Requirements Comfortable working primarily in the field Reliable transportation (work is neighborhood-based) Able to commit to at least 25 hours per week Strong communication skills and professional demeanor This role cannot be done alongside another full-time job. Previous experience in canvassing, field sales, or outdoor appointment setting are a plus but not required. Backgrounds in front-facing positions such as bartending, athletics/fraternities/sororities encouraged to apply if they feel it may be a good fit.
