Since 1995, we've specialized in custom window well covers, basement windows, well replacements, and egress installations. We are a fast-growing company looking for driven individuals to help expand our sales pipeline and grow with us. Position Overview We are hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads for our sales team. Your primary role is to make outbound calls, identify interested homeowners, and transfer qualified prospects directly to our Senior Sales Closers. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on hitting targets and earning bonuses. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls daily from provided lead lists Engage homeowners and identify interest in our services Qualify leads and determine if they are a good fit Warm transfer live, interested prospects to the sales team Accurately update call outcomes and notes in CRM Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs (calls, talk time, transfers) Requirements Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Detail-oriented when updating CRM and tracking leads Reliable and consistent attendance Basic computer skills Preferred (Not Required) Previous outbound sales or call center experience Experience using CRM systems

Compensation & Incentives Base Pay:

$18-$22/hour (based on experience)

Monthly Bonus:
