Job Description

Overview Pringle Robotics creates and sells the most advanced autonomous robots for hosting, delivery, and sanitation tasks on the market. We are on the cutting edge of technology and positioned for substantial growth over the next few years. Pringle Robotics Inc is looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to create and manage meaningful and engaging experiences that promote and educate the public, clients and internal staff on our technology products and BoTs. The specialist will be our product evangelist through leading webinars, doing demonstrations, using digital adoption platforms, and presenting as a keynote speaker at events. The specialist will monitor and adjust technical training needs in specific areas; design and develop training programs and materials; stay current on product offering and related repair/service issues. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the implementation and development of digital adoption platform Create training and marketing content about our technology products and BoTs and their features in a variety of forms such as manufacturing documents, videos, short sims, etc. Develop, implement, and sustain the training program, covering both product training for customers and internal production staff. Develop and deliver individualized and group training programs and materials that address specific business needs, including overarching safety and compliance programs. Identify training gaps in the production organization and proactively suggest solutions. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Owners. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience working in communications, marketing, training or sales roles. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Demonstrable skill in team building, leading, teaching, coaching and influencing leaders; ability to influence upward, across and down with skill, and without formal authority. Expertise with teaching and supporting trainers on adult learning methods, skills and techniques. Technical-writing acumen. Experience using and writing standard operating procedures (SOP's) and work instructions. Works in both office and manufacturing environments. Work Hours Position requires 75% travel, including weekly over night stays, and locations across the US (all travel expenses are covered).

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
