  • You'll lead the installation of residential standby generators and related electrical equipment from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Lead generator installation crews on residential projects. Install standby generators, transfer switches, and related electrical components. Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams. Read plans, layouts, and installation specifications. Ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and efficiently. Train and mentor apprentice installers and helpers. Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field. Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process. Take pride in delivering a clean, professional finished product.
