Job Requirements:

The full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls! The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Does This Sound Like You? Utilizing the company's proven sales process which ensures overall success. Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons. Providing facility tours and staffing local pet events. Handling dogs that pull, jump up and bark. Must be comfortable around ALL types of breeds and sizes of dogs. Providing both written and verbal communication to our customers Other duties and tasks as assigned. Schedule Monday to Friday Rotating weekends The Perks $16.50
