Full Job Description Salary Range:
$50,000-$60,000 Job Summary The Virtual Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong virtual relationships with healthcare providers, driving awareness and sales of OWP Pharmaceutical' products, and achieving sales objectives within assigned territory. They will serve as a key point of contact between the company and medical professionals, delivering impactful virtual product presentations and staying informed on the latest clinical data. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in positively impacting patient care.Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales targets and company goals. Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. Promote the product through phone calls and virtual presentations. Maintain a high level of territory organization, including planning call schedules and customer follow-up. Stay current on relevant clinical data, market trends, and competitive activity. Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to ensure aligned messaging and support. Participate in national and regional sales meetings, training sessions, and support conferences as required. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, call reports, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines. Up to 5% travel possible.Required Skills:
Excellent persuasive communication skills, both oral and written. Strong individual drive, persistence, and resilience. Ability to succeed in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Aptitude for learning and retaining technical and clinical product-related information.Proficiency in Microsoft programs:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as Teams. Ability to work from office. This is not a remote position. Ability to speak and hear clearly on phone calls and presentations. Ability to work 40 hours per week and sit for extended periods of time. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Job Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.Experience and Preferred Skills:
Documented track record of sales success. Two years of inside sales experience is preferred. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.Pay:
