ISO 14001
2015 certified, with an on-site lab and the backing of an established manufacturing group. This is not a closing role. You won't carry a quota. You own everything before a deal reaches the table: finding and reaching the right prospects, booking qualified conversations for the sales team, and keeping the CRM accurate. If you're organized, persistent, comfortable on the phone and in email, and you take pride in a clean, well-run system — this role is built for you. What you'll do: Run outbound email and phone outreach to targeted industrial manufacturers to book qualified meetings Own our HubSpot CRM — keep deal stages, activity, and qualification fields accurate and current Qualify leads and gather key details before handing off to the sales team Schedule discovery and technical calls and prep the team Chase NDAs, data sheets, samples, and paperwork so deals keep moving Build and enrich prospect lists using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator What we're looking for: 2+ years in inside sales, sales development, sales coordination, or a similar pipeline-support role (B2B preferred) Hands-on CRM experience — HubSpot strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with high-volume professional outreach Highly organized and detail-oriented — bothered by a deal in the wrong stage or a blank field Persistent, self-directed, and able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team Nice to have: Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or chemical customers Familiarity with technical or long-cycle B2B sales Experience with outbound sequencing and prospecting tools

This position is on site in Lockport IL, five days a week. Can you reliably commute to and work on site at this location?
