We continue to grow through new product development, aftermarket support, and customer-focused solutions. Position Overview The Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative develops and grows aftermarket revenue while delivering exceptional customer service to Pacific Press and Multipress customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. This role is the primary customer contact for replacement parts and is responsible for building long-term relationships, proactively managing accounts, and following opportunities through to completion. Success requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication and computer skills, mechanical aptitude, organization, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance. This position reports to the Aftermarket Manager. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationships & Sales Develop trusted relationships with existing Pacific Press and Multipress customers and provide an exceptional customer experience. Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls and emails. Generate sales opportunities for replacement parts, spare parts packages, and machine manuals. Follow up on every quotation until closes and improve quote-to-order conversion. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and support annual aftermarket growth. Identify new machine opportunities and transition qualified leads to the Sales Department. Support company initiatives to increase recurring service revenue. CRM & Sales Process Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quote, follow-up, pipeline, and forecasting information in HubSpot/Salesforce CRM. Use CRM workflows and disciplined follow-up to ensure opportunities and customer requests are addressed timely. Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales to provide timely, accurate information on quotations, delivery schedules, backorders, technical questions, service scheduling, and warranty coverage. Performance Expectations Achieve monthly and annual sales goals and established KPIs. Increase aftermarket revenue. Improve customer retention and high customer satisfaction. Support company strategic initiatives. Qualifications Education Associate's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.

Industrial equipment sales Manufacturing Capital equipment Hydraulic presses Press brakes Service sales Parts sales Industrial machinery Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Knowledge & Skills Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Strong negotiation skills and a self-motivated approach. Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Responsibilities Participate in sales meetings and training. Maintain product knowledge across Pacific Press and Multipress product lines. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by the Aftermarket Manager, Sales Manager, and President. Compensation Full Time - On Site Full-time, on-site position. $25-$30 per hour based on candidate experience, plus monthly commission. 401(k) with 4% company match.
