Overview We are seeking an energetic and bilingual (Spanish) Wireless Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and deliver exceptional service to help them find the perfect wireless solutions. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and enhance the customer experience in our retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product knowledge. Conduct product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits of various wireless devices and plans. Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash register handling, and cash handling procedures. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales. Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about store products, services, and billing questions with professionalism and courtesy. Handle retail store operations such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills to serve diverse customers effectively. Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics sectors. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions. Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features. Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities. Knowledge of retail store merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices. Strong phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone.
