Role:

As an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative specializing in storm restoration, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify storm-related damage and guide them through the insurance restoration process. This is a field-based, high-energy role with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspect roofs, siding, and exteriors for storm damage Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance claim process Generate and manage your own leads (with company support) Meet with homeowners, perform inspections, and close sales Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job completion Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a professional presence in the field

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs Available Monday through Saturday Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Willingness to learn — roofing sales experience required
