Persistent without being pushy. You know how to follow up consistently while still providing a great customer experience. Highly organized. You can manage multiple conversations, follow-up dates, appointments, and priorities without losing track of people. Competitive and goal-oriented. You like having measurable goals and knowing exactly how you are performing. Coachable. We practice, review calls, track performance, and continually work on improving conversion. Positive and solutions-focused. Real estate moves quickly. We need someone who can problem solve rather than wait for someone else to tell them what to do. What Success Looks Like Success in this position is not measured simply by how many calls you make. It is measured by your ability to: Answer opportunities quickly Have quality conversations Build trust with potential clients Consistently schedule qualified appointments Follow up until there is a clear next step Keep accurate records Create a seamless handoff from the appointment center to our agents We will track key performance indicators including response time, contacts, appointments set, appointment conversion, follow-up activity, and overall lead conversion. Experience Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: Appointment setting Inside sales Call center or contact center Customer service Lead conversion Real estate Mortgage Automotive sales Recruiting Hospitality Real estate experience is helpful but not required. We would rather hire someone who is exceptional with people, competitive, organized, and coachable than someone who simply has real estate experience. About the Sarah Leonard Team The Sarah Leonard Team is one of Illinois' leading real estate teams, helping hundreds of families buy and sell homes every year. We operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where our team is expected to be driven, growth-minded, accountable, solution-oriented, and customer-first. This position plays an extremely important role on our team. You are often the first person a potential client speaks with, and the experience you create can determine whether that person ultimately chooses to work with us. We are looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously and wants to grow with a high-performing organization. What We're Looking For We want someone who can pick up the phone with energy, take control of a conversation, listen carefully, identify what the client needs, and confidently say: "Let's get that scheduled for you." If you are competitive, personable, organized, comfortable on the phone, and love turning conversations into appointments, we want to meet you.
