If you're driven, personable, and excited about cars, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner — both in-person and digitally. Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory. Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business. Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals. Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape. Requirements A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone. Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a desire to grow earnings. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.
