WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Expert, you'll become a trusted resource for customers as they make important decisions about their homes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and engage every guest with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.
• Help customers find furniture and home solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and confidently explain features and benefits.
• Build lasting relationships with customers rather than simply making a sale.
• Follow up with customers and generate appointments and future business.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development.
• Take ownership of your results and consistently work toward your goals.
