Mofab, Inc. is a family owned and operated metals warehouse and fabrication company in Anderson, IN. We are looking for an inside sales/customer service representative to assist with daily front office operations as well as to perform a variety of administrative and sales tasks. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our company via phone calls, face-to-face, and by email. We are looking for a driven, personable individual to help complete our team! This role includes helping customers with any issues so a positive attitude is a must. Multitasking and organizational management skills are essential for this position as all tasks must be completed in a timely and effective manner to streamlining office operations. This role requires Saturday hours on a rotating schedule so flexibility is essential. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Data entry
• Answer incoming sales calls
• Customer follow up via phone and email
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
