Job Summary As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be the energetic face of our brand, engaging customers with enthusiasm and expert product knowledge. Your role is to assist customers in selecting the best wireless solutions, demonstrate device features, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You will also handle retail transactions, stock merchandise, and contribute to a dynamic team environment that thrives on sales success and customer satisfaction. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active communication and product demonstrations Perform retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell products and services by highlighting features that meet customer needs, increasing store sales performance Conduct product demos to showcase device capabilities and accessories, enhancing customer understanding and interest Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure retail store product knowledge is current for optimal merchandising Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or in person, providing clear information and support Manage cash drawer handling with accuracy during transactions while adhering to cash handling procedures Requirements Previous retail sales experience or supervising experience in a customer service environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail store product knowledge essential for engaging displays Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for sales totals, discounts, and change accuracy Excellent phone etiquette skills to provide professional assistance over the phone Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others find the right wireless solutions Join us as a Wireless Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in a fast-paced retail environment!
