Role:
This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position helping homeowners, builders, remodelers, and other customers select the right products for their projects. Our Interior Surfaces Specialist ( FLOORING SALES)Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers in our Cedar Lake showroomHelp customers select carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, backsplash, and other interior surface productsLearn each customer's style, needs, budget, and project goalsExplain product differences, features, durability, maintenance, and valuePrepare estimates, proposals, and customer ordersFollow up with customers and turn showroom opportunities into salesCoordinate measurements, material orders, scheduling, and installation with our teamMaintain communication with customers throughout their projectsBuild relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, real estate professionals, and repeat customersHelp maintain an attractive, organized, and professional showroomDevelop repeat and referral business by providing an excellent customer experienceQualifications:
