Fringe & Form - Fort Wayne, Indiana Part-Time | 2-3 Days Per Week | 11:00 AM-6:00 PM Do you love beautiful clothing, personal style, and helping women feel confident? Are you the person friends turn to for outfit advice—or the one who can make someone feel comfortable and welcome within minutes? Fringe & Form is an elevated women's clothier and personal styling destination located inside the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Center in downtown Fort Wayne. We're more than a boutique—we're a place where women feel seen, supported, and confident in their own skin. We're looking for a warm, stylish, outgoing part-time stylist who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and wants to help us continue building our growing Fort Wayne clientele. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves connecting with women and building genuine relationships Has a natural sense of style and enjoys putting outfits together Is comfortable starting conversations and engaging with new people Appreciates quality, craftsmanship, and unique fashion Makes people feel comfortable and welcome right away Is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Enjoys being part of a growing business and helping develop a loyal client following Values service, connection, confidence, and meaningful work Retail experience is a plus, but not required. Life experience, warmth, personal style, initiative, and the ability to connect with people matter most.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients and creating a relaxed, elevated shopping experience Helping women build outfits that make them feel confident and polished Developing genuine client relationships and encouraging repeat visits Learning our designers, merchandise, and approach to personal styling Styling mannequins and creating fresh in-store inspiration Supporting private shopping appointments, events, and fashion shows Reaching out to clients and helping introduce new women to Fringe & Form Steaming, folding, merchandising, and maintaining a beautiful boutique environment Helping us grow awareness of Fringe & Form within the Fort Wayne community

Schedule:

Part-time 2-3 days per week 11:00 AM-6:00 PM Some Saturday availability is important Additional hours may occasionally be available for special events and private appointments Why You'll Love Working at
