The Role:
TheComfort Advisorbuilds strong client relationships,identifies customer needs, and guides the sales process from consultation to closing. This role combines consultative selling, problem-solving, and relationship management to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth. What You'll Do Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.

Execute on aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.

Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing in doing so. We expect a 55-60% close rate and roughly generate $1.5 million in sales annually.

Maintains exceptional organization, flexibility, and motivation to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesDemonstrates strong follow-through, presentation, and public speaking skills to engage customers effectivelyGenerates enthusiasm for Petermans brand, turning customers into advocatesPossesses deep market knowledge and a thorough understanding of customer needsActivelyparticipates in training, team meetings, and company events to continuously develop skills and support team successOther duties as assigned What You'll Need Minimum of2 yearsof experience in residential HVAC sales or a comparable roleProven Track Record in SalesExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skillsFinancial AcumenWillingness to TravelLate Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend AvailabilityExceptional follow-through abilities, presentation, and public speaking skillsExperience with Microsoft Office and Latest Sales ApplicationsHigh School Diploma or GED Peterman Brothers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
