Interviewing This Thursday - Apply and setup your interview today! The Automotive Sales Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience. The Sales Consultant will ensure the customer receives all the information they are looking for, as well as presenting vehicles from our Chevrolet line, to assist customers in their buying decision. They utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to ensure timely, professional follow-up and to maintain strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Provide professional product presentations to all customers. Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s). Develop and prospect new business continuously. Schedule customer appointments daily. Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions. Attend and actively participate in daily sales and training meetings. Practice skills daily including customer service and interaction, product presentation, product knowledge and phone communication. Upon sale, present and deliver vehicle to customer following delivery process ensuring a satisfying customer experience. Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs. Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.
MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment Clear pre-employment drug screen

$45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
