About the Role MicroScreen is looking for a Stencil Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing the stencil order process from start to finish. This role juggles multiple orders, accounts, and deadlines at once, so strong multitasking skills are essential. You'll work directly with customers and sales reps to make sure every order is processed accurately and delivered to spec. This is a great fit for someone who picks up new tools and processes quickly, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the reliable point of contact that keeps orders moving. What You'll Do Process customer data and stencil orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Serve as the main point of contact for customers and sales reps to ensure orders meet required specifications Provide support to the Sales Manager, coworkers, and production and act as backup when needed Learn and stay current on customer specifications, including onboarding and handling of new accounts Juggle multiple orders, accounts, and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Strong multitasking skills — able to manage multiple orders, accounts, and priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment Quick learner who can pick up new systems, tools, and processes with minimal ramp-up time Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with customers and reps Strong attention to detail and scanning ability for reviewing order specs and data Fully computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to Have Prior customer service experience Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., reviewing or interpreting CAD files/drawings) is a plus
