Sales Representative - Roofing

This includes Ground inspections of siding, windows, gutters, and Roofing inspections. Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process. Meet with Insurance adjusters to help homeowners achieve the most coverage possible. Documents all damages with detailed notes and photos. Generate new business through direct outreach, from referrals, and company generated leads. Keep homeowner informed and in constant communication throughout the process. Collect payments on time from homeowners. Work with production team on all builds to ensure the smoothest process possible. Ensure CRM is always up to date with the latest job information. Paid training with top sales producers Health Insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales. Roofing or construction industry preferred Strong skills in customer service, and account management with a focus on building long-term relationships Familiarity with CRM software such as Acculynx, Job Nimbus, Rooflink, or other CRM tools used for lead tracking and analysis prefered Comfortable and capable of setting up a ladder safely Ability to walk on roofs confidently Mandatory Requirements Must be 21 or older Must have a valid drivers license with relatively clean driving record Must be able to pass drug and background checks.
