This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective customers and plays a critical role in maximizing lead conversion and supporting revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Management Receive, qualify, and distribute incoming sales leads from various marketing channels. Contact prospective customers promptly to gather information and schedule appointments. Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team. Track and manage lead flow within the CRM system. Appointment Coordination Schedule consultations and sales appointments for Design Consultants and Sales Representatives. Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers and internal teams. Optimize appointment schedules to maximize sales team efficiency. Customer Service Provide exceptional service to prospective and existing customers. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms. Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member. Administrative Support Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM and company systems. Generate reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and sales activity. Assist with sales documentation, contracts, and customer communications. Support sales initiatives, promotions, and special projects as needed. Team Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to ensure leads are properly tracked and assigned. Communicate regularly with sales representatives regarding lead status and scheduling updates. Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, sales support, or lead coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in home remodeling, construction, home improvement, or related industries. Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Previous experience supporting a sales organization.
