It is a direct hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented sales support or customer service professional who enjoys working with customers, processing orders accurately, and helping coordinate smooth daily operations. The Inside Sales Representative will support customers by phone and email, enter orders into the system, schedule deliveries, and provide timely updates. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a professional team environment, and the opportunity to build a stable career in the wholesale trade and import-export industry. Key Responsibilities Take customer orders by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner. Enter customer orders accurately into the computer system. Schedule and coordinate deliveries to help ensure timely service. Assist customers with product questions, order status updates, and general inquiries. Communicate with internal team members to support order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records and follow established order entry processes. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.

Salary range:

$40,000 to $45,000 per year.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
