This position is based in Shreveport and focuses on building relationships with local business owners through phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and motivated by earning potential through sales.
Compensation & Schedule Training:
2-week paid training period at $14.00 per hour
After Training:
Employee will transition to an independent contract position and earn commission on sales only
Benefits:
No benefits are offered with the contract position

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00

In-office, Shreveport, LA Key Responsibilities Prospect for and develop new business accounts throughout the Shreveport, Texarkana, and Alexandria territories. Research businesses and identify potential sales opportunities. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email communications with business owners and decision-makers. Conduct virtual presentations to explain products, services, and the value they provide to businesses. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers. Guide prospective customers through the sales process from initial contact through closing. Handle questions and overcome objections in a professional and consultative manner. Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the company's CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production goals. Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Provide professional customer service and represent the company in a positive manner. Qualifications & Requirements 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, telemarketing, call center sales, or B2B sales preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident and professional phone presence. Comfortable making frequent outbound sales calls. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accountability. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, email, virtual meeting platforms, and web navigation. Must be able to work in the Shreveport office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM . Must be comfortable with the transition from hourly training to a commission-only contract position after successful completion of training.
