We're looking for an E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join our growing office team. This full-time, on-site position will support our e-commerce and trading operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, preorders, and online marketplaces. If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and have an interest in collectible coins, numismatics, or precious metals, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Product Management Create and publish new product listings promptly upon receiving new product offers. Manage embargoed products and ensure listings are published according to scheduled release dates. Push newly available in-stock products to eBay. Assist with website improvements, functionality, and projects designed to improve the customer experience and drive sales. Pricing & Inventory Review and update retail and wholesale pricing 1-2 times per week. Verify that pricing changes are accurately reflected on eBay. Monitor daily out-of-stock notifications and maintain accurate website inventory. Assist with weekly inventory counts and inventory reconciliation. Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or pricing issues. Preorder Management Process and fulfill preorders as inventory becomes available. Monitor supplier shipments and update or reschedule preorders when delays occur. Communicate issues that could affect preorder fulfillment or customer expectations. Marketplace & E-Commerce Operations Monitor eBay listings to ensure inventory and pricing remain synchronized with the company website. Review and address blocked or disapproved products in Google Merchant Center. Help maintain accurate, complete, and properly functioning online product listings across sales channels. Operational Support Verify 3N and 4N scrap materials when requested. Provide backup coverage for other operational responsibilities when team members are absent. Provide scheduled security desk coverage while continuing regular responsibilities. Assist other departments and team members with special projects and operational needs. Marketing & Social Media Assist with the company's social media growth by engaging with users through follows, likes, comments, and invitations across company social media platforms. Support other basic digital marketing initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, and inventory systems. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Previous experience with e-commerce, inventory management, product listings, eBay, WooCommerce, or online retail is strongly preferred.
