Lead Generation Assistant owns the top of the funnel, and that's exactly what makes this role such a strong starting point toward a career in Cybersecurity Sales. The work centers on finding prospects, building contact lists, verifying data, and delivering qualified leads to the sales team. You'll work with tools like ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator to build prospect lists, update records in Salesforce or HubSpot, and flag and correct discrepancies. This is one of the more accessible entry points because the learning curve is moderate and the work is highly structured. It's also a genuine steppingstone: once you understand where leads come from and why some prospects convert while others don't, you have a real advantage moving into a full Business Development role. You Will Need To… Update and/or validate both existing and new account contact information in Salesforce, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator. Work in concert with Manager to identify new whitespace accounts. Contact prospective customers via email to secure qualified sales discovery meetings for the entire K logix suite of service offerings, including: o Penetration Testing o Framework Assessment o Road-mapping o Products/Solutions o K logix Events Perform other sales duties as required. You Should Have…. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong passion for utilizing your technical skillset to begin a career in Cybersecurity sales. Sales or Cybersecurity Internship or Co-op experience (a plus) The ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Superior organizational, planning, time management, and follow-up skills. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool (a plus). Bachelor's Degree Cybersecurity or a Business Technical degree .
