Commission-based Know HVAC and enjoy helping homeowners find the right solution? Put your knowledge and sales skills to work with an established, family-owned Cape Cod company. Durfee Plumbing & Heating has served Cape Cod since 2008. We're looking for a motivated HVAC sales professional to meet with homeowners, recommend heating and cooling solutions, prepare proposals, and close installation and replacement projects. This position is part-time to start , with in-home consultations, site visits, and customer follow-up throughout Cape Cod. What you'll do: Meet with homeowners to understand their comfort concerns, equipment needs, and budgets. Evaluate existing equipment and site conditions, coordinating technical requirements with our installation team. Present options for heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, central air conditioning, furnaces, and boilers. Prepare clear, accurate proposals and explain equipment features, warranties, and available financing. Follow up on estimates, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Build referral relationships and develop additional sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and provide complete project details to the installation team. What we're looking for: HVAC sales experience preferred. Experienced HVAC technicians interested in moving into sales are encouraged to apply. A solid understanding of residential heating and cooling systems. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. An organized, self-motivated professional who manages appointments and follows through. Comfort using estimating software, customer management systems, and mobile technology. ServiceTitan experience is helpful but not required. A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Cape Cod. A commitment to honest recommendations and excellent customer service.
