Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Automotive Product Specialist to join our dealership team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in our vehicle inventory, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless car-buying experience. Your responsibilities will include presenting vehicles, conducting thorough demonstrations, and assisting with vehicle delivery preparations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for automotive products. Duties Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment. Present vehicles to customers by conducting detailed walk-arounds and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Provide customers with comprehensive information about the dealership, its services, and available amenities to enhance their experience. Introduce customers to the Service Department and connect them with appropriate service advisors for ongoing support. Assist customers with scheduling vehicle deliveries, ensuring all arrangements are coordinated smoothly. Ensure sold vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, fueled, and fully prepared before delivery to meet quality standards. Organize all required paperwork related to vehicle sales and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Help address any customer questions or concerns after sale. Drive to other dealership locations to pick up or exchange vehicles when needed. Assist with maintaining an orderly and professional-looking inventory display. Remove snow and ice from vehicles following storms. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; a strong desire to learn about automotive products is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to organize tasks efficiently and pay attention to detail during vehicle demonstrations and paperwork handling. Knowledge of automotive features and technology is advantageous but can be developed on the job. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
