Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm- Full Time - 40-hour work week

Summary of Position:
This person possesses and utilizes the skills needed to handle tasks in the department's daily processes. This person will facilitate the role of the department in accordance with current procedures and guidelines.Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Required College Preferred Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Accounting Sales Support Record Keeping Money handling and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Solid Communication Skills (both Inbound and Outbound)Responsibilities:
Facilitate day-to-day functions of departments for smooth operation. Handling mail received at office. Record receipt of funds. Posting batches which reflect funds received to individual policy records. Report receipts to Accounting Dept (for deposit and banking activity and records). Daily updates to Deposit Log. Review of all sales received and verify dealer and vehicle eligibility. Record and File Management. Communication with external agents, dealers or customers to resolve AR Dept issues. New Account (dealer/agents) set up and assignment of programs and rates. Work directly with Internal Sales team to report dealer or agent issues or needs. Fulfills supply request for onboarding dealers and agents. Back up support for the Business Services Coordinator as needed. Other activities as designated by the supervisor.Job Type:
