This position offers a flexible, part-time schedule and is ideal for an individual who enjoys community outreach, relationship building, marketing, and creating growth opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the credit union's products and services. Increase membership growth through community outreach and business development initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, schools, and nonprofit groups. Coordinate the credit union's participation in community events, sponsorships, and financial education programs. Manage the credit union's social media accounts and assist with website content updates. Create marketing materials, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional content. Identify opportunities to develop new partnerships and expand the credit union's community presence. Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for future growth strategies. Collaborate with management to develop annual marketing and business development plans. Represent the credit union at networking events and community functions.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, financial services, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution. Knowledge of consumer lending and deposit products. Experience with community outreach and relationship management. Experience with website management, email marketing, or content creation.
