Job Description

Purpose Support Sales Managers in quoting and processing smaller projects, while actively driving lead generation efforts. Coordinate closely with the sales team, production staff, and clients to ensure accurate quotes and order processing. Accurate entry of estimates and production orders into our ERP system is a primary responsibility. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Estimating Collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare accurate quotes for smaller projects. Generate and qualify sales leads targeting architects and dealers, with a focus on markets outside Massachusetts. Handle incoming client inquiries, providing technical and general assistance in support of the sales team. Create, update, and maintain detailed customer account records.
Growth Opportunity:
Progressively take on a larger role in estimating complex projects based on sales and client specifications, with the long-term goal of independently managing a portfolio of clients and projects. Order Entry & Technical Coordination Accurately enter orders into the ERP system for production. Learn product lines in-depth and read shop drawings to ensure precise specification matching. Detail intricate custom product requirements to meet high client standards. Act as a seamless communication bridge between sales and production teams to ensure all order details are understood and executed correctly.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired Skills ERP & Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and order management/quoting software.
Detail-Oriented & Accurate:
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and personal accountability.
Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:
Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and internal team interaction. Preferred Experience Background or experience in the construction, architectural products, or custom manufacturing industries. Ability or background in reading shop drawings, blueprints, or technical specifications. #CHE123

$57,020.64 - $68,670.02 per year
