Full Job Description Compensation:
Base salary plus commission (base is between $55,000-$65,000). First-year earnings are $100,000-$120,000.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Closer is responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the firm's sales conversations from consultation through signed engagement. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role for someone who thrives on converting qualified prospects into clients, follows a disciplined sales process, and takes personal ownership of pipeline and conversion outcomes. The Closer carries an individual revenue target and is measured on the deals they close. In addition to their own production, the Closer serves as an informal mentor to intake and sales staff—sharing best practices, modeling strong closing technique, and helping raise the overall consistency of the firm's sales conversations. The role is a critical contributor to transforming the firm's sales function into a consistent, scalable system that supports client acquisition, conversion, and long-term growth.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Personal revenue and conversion targets are consistently achieved and exceeded Sales conversations are handled with a disciplined, repeatable, consultative approach Pipeline is actively managed, with prospects moved promptly from consultation to signed engagement Sales scripts, workflows, and best practices are followed consistently and refined based on results Intake and sales staff improve through informal mentoring and shared best practices Pipeline status, conversion rates, and personal performance metrics are accurately tracked in the
CRM OBJECTIVES
Carry a personal sales target and lead client consultations through to signed engagements Own and advance the sales pipeline—timely follow-up, nurturing, and consistent movement of prospects toward close Apply and refine the firm's sales process, scripts, and playbooks to improve personal conversion rates Track individual key performance indicators, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue Serve as an informal mentor to intake and sales staff—sharing closing techniques and best practices (no formal management responsibility) Provide feedback to leadership to improve messaging, offers, and the overall client experience Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion Ensure accurate, timely tracking and usage of CRM systems and sales tools Support continuous improvement of the sales function to drive scalable growth

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 to 7 years of sales experience required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets Experience in professional services, legal, or consultative sales preferred Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in an in-person office environment Ability to participate in client meetings and team sessions throughout the day Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
