With a starting base pay of $20/hour, plus $1 for every booked call, your paycheck grows with every successful conversation. On top of that, we offer weekly booking rate incentives, so the more calls you book, the more money you make. Consider this an open checkbook—the harder you work, the bigger your reward. What We're Looking For:

Years of CSR Experience:
You're seasoned. You've handled stressful calls, difficult conversations, and you've done it with grace and confidence. If you've worked in the plumbing or HVAC industry before, you'll be right in your element.

You've got the perfect balance of compassion and the ability to command a conversation. You're warm and understanding, but when the time comes to direct the dialogue, you know how to do it with authority.
