What You'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle buying process using a consultative, customer-first approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and learning about their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Helping customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle. Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and available equipment. Conducting engaging test drives. Preparing vehicle pricing and explaining financing and leasing options. Delivering vehicles and ensuring customers understand all features before they leave. Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Continuously developing your product knowledge and staying current on Toyota products and industry trends. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who have: Previous automotive sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. A professional, honest, and dependable work ethic. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
