We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative who is professional, reliable, and customer-focused to support our service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with a high-end clientele, and playing a key role in delivering a premium customer experience.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our service customers. You will manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, text, and email, with a strong focus on scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting long-term service retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective service customers Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments Conduct outbound follow-up calls to support customer retention and service reminders Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email in a professional and timely manner Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in dealership systems Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain a high standard of professionalism consistent with a luxury brand environment Meet productivity and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer care
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior call center experience preferred Automotive experience strongly preferred, especially in a service or dealership setting Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills Pleasant, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Strong team player who collaborates well with others Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Ability to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week.
