Full Job Description Overview:

Shift and Schedule Full-Time Position Monday-Friday. 7am until work is done, around 4:30pm or 5pm Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT as needed.

What you will do:

: Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams Provide support to Outside Sales team Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services What you will bring:: Previous front-line customer service and sales experience Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred.
