Job Description
Position Summary The Outside KitchenBath Showroom Sales Reprentative is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners, while also supporting showroom sales efforts. This role combines field-based sales with in-showroom customer engagement to deliver seamless, first-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Outside Sales (Primary Focus) Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and trade professionals within assigned territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and job site visits Promote showroom products including cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, and related materials Generate and follow-up on leads to closing new business and expand existing accounts Track sales activity, customer visits, and opportunities using CRM tools Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product lines Showroom Sales Support Collaborate with showroom team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience Support showroom displays, organization, and product knowledge Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation, as required Customer Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business Follow up on quotes, orders, and completed projects Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Qualifications 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in kitchenbath, construction, or building materials Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage sales territory Knowledge of kitchenbath products, design concepts, or willingness to learn Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory Preferred Skills Experience with 20/20 or similar design software (a plus) Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to read plans or collaborate on design projects Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Work Environment Combination of field sales (customer visits, job sites) and showroom support Regular interaction with customers in person, by phone, and via email Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and strong attention to detail Success Factors Build strong, lasting customer relationships Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals Delivers a professional and consultative sales approach Contributes to a positive, team-oriented showroom environment
