Client Advisor Springer's Jewelers is a family-owned luxury jeweler with a legacy of exceptional customer care. We are looking for a client-focused professional who thrives in a relationship-based selling environment and takes pride in delivering an elevated experience every time.
CAPABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCCESS 3-5
years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end environments. Proven ability to build relationships and meet performance goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to professional growth, product education, and selling excellence. High school diploma required; advanced education or certifications support success in this role. What you'll do: Provide a best-in-class client experience from greeting through follow-up Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach, appointment setting, and clienteling Meet and exceed sales goals while upholding brand standards and presenting a polished, professional image Maintain strong product knowledge across fine jewelry and timepieces and guide clients through features, benefits, care, and value Support daily store operations: POS transactions, merchandising standards, case upkeep, inventory controls, service/repair intake, and presentation readiness Partner with the team to execute store initiatives, events, trainings, and process excellence What we offer: A collaborative, family-owned culture where excellence and client care come first Training and development to support long-term growth and selling mastery A client-first environment where you can build a meaningful career in luxury retail
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
