The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner Organize files Eagerly answer the phones with the mindset of providing outstanding communication Work with office software programs, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Sales (Cabinets, Countertops, Tile) Kitchen and Bathroom Design Customer Service This is a full time position. The starting pay will be dependent applicant's experience and professionalism.

The work hours are:

Monday - Friday from 9 AM- 5 PM Job Requirements Working knowledge of office equipment Customer service and office experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Must have reliable transportation every day
