Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with people, knows how to create a great customer experience, and is comfortable selling and recommending products. Our environment is fun, diverse, fast-paced, and often filled with loud music, laughter, and plenty of personality! If you enjoy connecting with customers and aren't afraid to say, "You HAVE to try this cheesecake," you may be exactly who we're looking for. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience Assist customers with selecting cheesecakes and other products Recommend products and confidently upsell when appropriate Take and accurately fulfill customer orders Operate the POS/register and process payments Answer customer questions about products and flavors Restock products and supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Work efficiently during busy periods Assist other team members as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people Strong customer service skills Self-motivated and able to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a lively environment with loud music Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse team and customer base Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge Previous retail, food service, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Able to work well independently and as part of a team The Right Personality Matters We're not just looking for someone to stand behind a register.
