Job Description

A Sales Representative at SET Environmental is responsible to:

Assist new and current customers by providing customized solutions to their environmental needs including field services, emergency response, disposal, and transportation servicesIncrease and/or maintain a required minimum base of revenues within an assigned account groupingBuild and maintain relationships with customersPerform job walks and prepare detailed estimates for existing and new customersFollow up on quotes, deliverables, and servicesWork with Customer Service Representatives to keep account activities and needs up to date including invoice informationTravel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customersAttend trade shows and other networking eventsResearch, develop and promote new methods of technologies which make SET more competitivePerform other miscellaneous duties as necessary
POSITION
REQUIREMENTS4-year degree, preferably in a science field or 4+ years working in a team environment and in a customer service and/or sales roleLocal environmental sales experience preferredKnowledge of environmental industry and/or waste management regulations preferredCompetent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic e-mail)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goalsAlways strives to produce positive resultsStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skills SET Environmental is an equal employment opportunity employer which provides a drug-free workplace.
