Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail sales and/or automotive sales experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers and build rapport Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent time management and organizational skills Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process Build and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Follow up with prospects and existing customers Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory, financing options, and dealership programs Meet and exceed individual sales goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery Compensation & Benefits 100% commission-based compensation; Training pay provided for new hires Average annual earnings of $50,000 - $80,000+ Full-time position Five-day work week Monday through Saturday operating schedule One evening per week until 8:00 PM Alternate weekday off in place of Saturday scheduling Paid on-the-job training Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Company-provided uniforms
