Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for executing strategic plans by performing marketing, sales, and technical service as a representative to the company's customers. Primary Responsibilities Services the needs of the company's existing customer accounts by providing technical assistance for product applications, and resolving customer issues pertaining to quality, delivery, price, etc. Research prospective target accounts by identifying decision makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn; and promote products and solutions relevant to their market and application needs Develops and maintains professional business relationships with customer contacts and proactively represents the company for the products and services provided to customers Makes strategic sales calls frequently to develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers Maintains and in-depth understanding and knowledge of the company, its products, its competition, its potential product applications, and the services it provides to various markets and industries Prepare sales call reports and keeps the company informed of the status of its customer accounts Assists the company in maintaining its competitive edge, identifies new and improved ways to serve its customers, product development, identifies new sales opportunities and marketing trends Attends trade shows and technical seminar presentations to further the company's marketing plan Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and/or 5+ years of industry experience in specific end use applications.
