Roofing Sales Leader A rapidly growing roofing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. This role is ideal for a leader who can develop strong sales professionals and drive consistent revenue growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a strong background in home improvement sales (preferably roofing) Key Responsibilities Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred) At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team Proven record of strong sales performance Strong coaching and team development skills Compensation Competitive base salary plus team performance overrides Additional performance-based bonuses !
