Position Purpose:
This entry level position is a 2-year rotational program, offering two unique 12-month experiences with the opportunity tolearnour system,toolsand strategies. Uponsuccessfulcompletion of the Associate Program, candidateswill have theopportunityto apply to open positionswithinWinFieldUnited.

Experience in the rotations will allow Associates to gain knowledge inutilizingthe latest agronomic technologies, as well as enable our ag customers to position brands on behalf ofWinFieldUnited and gain experience building relationships and networks at both levels.

Additionalopportunities will be offered to gain knowledge in a unique array of strategies to help our entire system succeed within a partnered relationship.

SALESSales Associates will be placed in a division that focuses on total acre solutions using top-performing seed, crop protection, and crop nutrient products. This rotation will build upon yourpreviousagronomy work experience by engaging with growers and retailers on business development skills and customer relationship and sales skills while learning about theWinFieldUnited products and services. You will alsoutilizefield trial testing to uncover yield potential through nutrients, crop protection, and seed to bring targeted insights to growers via total acre solution.

Ohio and KansasExperience-Education (Required):

Bachelor's degree with graduation date of Dec 2026or May 2027Interest in pursuing a future career within the agriculture industrywith majors in crop/soil science, agronomy, ag business/sales, or any ag related majorsAbility to draw insights from dataWilling to travel 20%-50% of the time, which could include nights and weekendsMustpossessa valid, unrestricted driver's license and have/maintaina satisfactory driving recordin order tooperatea company-assigned vehicleMust be open to relocation for each rotation assignmentCompetencies-Skills (Required):

Make effective decisions and can work independently with limited supervisionInteract well with customers, suppliers,employeesand management of all levelsAbility to solve and resolve issues quickly and in an effective mannerCreate and present informative and educational product presentationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong time management skills and detail orientedFrequently move,liftand carry boxes, tubs, and tools weighing 50-60 lbs., access andutilizefarm equipment, and move or traverse on uneven groundWilling to work extended hours during peak seasons (overnight travel could berequired)Demonstrate the ability to be agile in changing market conditionsSalary for this position is $68,000About Land O'Lakes, Inc.
