Job Description

Join our Nicotine Sales Team at Bernick's and take advantage of a sales role with strong earning potential while helping grow a new and expanding product line. This position offers a base salary of $35,000 - $45,000 plus commission and bonuses, with total compensation projected at $65,000-$75,000+ annually.
ABOUT US
We are a family-owned company and we are a wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, MillerCoors beer, vending products, food services, cannabis, and our newest product line, nicotine and lifestyle pouches. We sell our products throughout central and northern MN and western WI. As part of our team, you help us create an experience that makes customers say, "Bernick's is our preferred partner!"
ABOUT A NICOTINE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
"What you're getting into" Bernick's is adding a product line of Nicotine pouches to our portfolio. If you are a self-directed individual eager to establish new relationships with customer in Nicotine sales, this job is for you. As a sales representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers covering a wide array of industry segments. It'll be your job to maintain excellent relationships with your customers, while working strategically to increase revenue within those accounts through promoting education and enthusiasm, securing great merchandising for our products, getting reorders, etc. You'll also be tasked with selling into new accounts to increase the footprint of our brands in and around Duluth and the Iron Range MN. Consistent account visits and sales calls are a requisite for success in this position.
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
This position offers a base salary of $35,000 - $45,000, plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Total compensation is projected in the range of $65,000 - $75,000+ annually, depending on individual performance. This role is strongly incentivized, with additional compensation tied directly to new business development, account growth, and overall sales performance. High performers who are motivated to build and expand their territory will have the opportunity to substantially increase their total earnings.
