We are currently looking for a truck sales representative for our Fairmont, MN dealership. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and politely. Entertain customers as required. Provide unmatched customer service and guarantee satisfaction to each customer. Demonstrate vehicles when necessary. Prospect customers in your AOR. Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Understand the terminology of the trucking industry and keep abreast of technological changes. Introduce customers to parts and service department. Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to sell are a must. Basic knowledge of trucks preferred. Ability to obtain a CDL. Exceptional customer service skills based on experience
