Job Description
Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, and closing sales through consultative engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare environments, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with healthcare professionals via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Be committed to making 25 Cold Calls per day and perform 60-70 activities per day.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align messaging and support.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals with integrity.
- Track and report sales metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Team with channel partners and Senior Product Specialists on strategic planning and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications

Pay:
$50,000.00- $65,000.
