Our Sales Consultants meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. You'll inspect the property, understand what they're trying to accomplish, recommend the right solution and guide them through the decision. And these aren't small transactions. Our average project is approximately $27,500. With company-provided opportunities, uncapped commission and a strong sales process behind you, successful consultants have the opportunity to build a $100,000-$250,000+ career.

You'll sit down with homeowners, identify their needs, explain their options and help them make a confident decision about a major investment in their home.

What You'll Do:

Run pre-qualified homeowner appointments Conduct professional home inspections and consultations Build rapport and understand what matters to each customer Present products, pricing and available options Answer questions and work through customer concerns Ask for the business and close during the initial consultation Maintain an organized sales pipeline Follow up professionally when needed Generate referrals and additional opportunities Participate in ongoing coaching and sales development Already an In-Home Closer?
